Meet Chloe.

The woman behind the table.

Chloe Spangler grew up in Blue Ridge, Georgia — where the mountains are tall, Sunday suppers run long, and a beautifully set table is just how you tell people you love them. She’s the friend who turns up early to fluff the flowers, knows exactly which ribbon finishes the bow, and can make a Tuesday feel like an occasion. She carried that eye for detail across the Southeast, hosting her way through a handful of Southern cities that each taught her something new about gathering people well.

Charleston is where she finally stayed. Something about the Lowcountry — the light, the live oaks, the way people here treat a dinner party like a competitive sport — felt like home. And home, she decided, deserved a better table.

Party Properly was born in 2025 from one simple conviction: you shouldn’t have to choose between a beautiful table and an easy clean-up. She designs every collection to a single standard — if it wouldn’t earn a place at her own Charleston garden party, it doesn’t make the cut. What you see is what you get: good taste, good manners, and a little wink tucked into every detail.

How far in advance should I order?

For standard orders, 5–7 business days is ideal. For custom bundles, yard signs, or tablescape styling, we recommend at least two weeks. Holiday season? The earlier, the better — Charleston hosts fast.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes — we offer local delivery in the Charleston area. You can also visit us at 1739 Maybank Highway, Suite F, or order ahead on the website for pickup. Either way works.

Can I mix the Chinoiserie and Simple Blush collections?

Absolutely — that’s actually our favorite thing. The Party Bundle is designed specifically for mixing both collections for events of 16 or more. Ask us about custom mix pricing.

What’s included in a full collection set?

Each set serves 8 and includes: Dinner Plate (10”), Salad Plate (8”), Accent Bowl (5”), Guest Towels, Cocktail Napkins, and Gold Cutlery. The Full Bundle gets you everything at a savings. Gold cutlery, obviously, is non-negotiable.

Do you offer custom quantities for large events?

Yes. For events of 16 or more, we offer the Party Bundle with custom pricing. For corporate events, weddings, or recurring orders, reach out directly and we’ll sort something out that works properly.

Are the plates actually disposable?

They are. Premium-grade disposable — the kind that looks like heirloom china until someone picks it up. That’s the whole point. Your guests get the experience. You get the easy cleanup. Everyone wins.
